We designed and executed a multi-level industrial capacity-building program for over 200 technical staff and site managers at the Delta-State Industrial Zone. The curriculum was custom-tailored to address specific technical skill gaps in high-pressure steam systems, electrical safety, and regulatory governance. Our methodology combined classroom-style theoretical rigor with hands-on on-site simulations. Following the program, post-training evaluations showed a 95% proficiency increase in hazard identification and risk mitigation protocols. This initiative directly contributed to a "Zero-Incident" quarter for the zone, significantly lowering the client’s insurance premiums and fostering a culture of technical excellence and safety-first operations.
