Naselo led the digital modernization of a legacy maritime tracking and warehouse management system for Port-Link. The client was plagued by manual data entry errors and a lack of real-time visibility into vessel turnaround times. We engineered a custom API integration layer that bridged the gap between their legacy on-premise hardware and a new cloud-based ERP platform. This "Single Source of Truth" allowed for real-time monitoring of cargo throughput and automated document processing for customs clearance. The final submission included a unified executive dashboard with predictive analytics for port congestion. This transformation improved operational transparency by 40% and virtually eliminated informational silos between dockside operations and corporate headquarters.
